We are partners with our Sellers - you will receive a packet of "homework" that enables us to prepare documents accurately, disclose properly, represent your property fairly and honestly. We know the ins and outs, the ups and downs of taking a transaction from the contract stage to the closing table. Did you know there are up to 30 deadline dates in a purchase agreement? We will track each one that pertains to your transaction. We will communicate with you by telephone, e-mail, fax or special delivery to make sure you are informed every step of the way, that every initial and signature is in place.
