I’m a straight shooter and a hard worker.    I'm a full time Realtor and serious about my business.   I love research, facts, digging up hard to find details so clients can make smart decisions. Buyers and Sellers most appreciate my methodical approach, attentiveness and availability from start to finish ... and long after closing.

My Story

My earliest memories start with life in Angel Fire. Whether on foot, a pair of skies, or 3-wheeler, Angel Fire provided me with a life close to the land. This lured me back as an adult.     Real Estate has been in my family for longer than I can remember. I was first licensed in 1997. While studying Fine Art at The University of Kansas I spent the summers learning the real estate business. I was trained by my mother who instilled in me rock-solid; Midwest work ethics … honesty, dependability, every detail matters and every interaction should turn into a long lasting friendship.   I later co-owned and operated a construction company in Lake City, CO. This construction experience is valuable to my clients when assessing homes and home-sites.   I have earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification, GREEN designation and am vice chairman of the Angel Fire Recycling Committee. I continue an ongoing study of green building and sustainable living. These are practices I’m dedicated to developing in my personal and business life.   I bring commitment, enthusiasm and open arms to your interaction with the Moreno Valley.
